Tonygists does not access your cloud storage unless you authorize the connection.

6. Cloud Backup
Cloud backup is optional.
When enabled:
- Recordings are uploaded only to the cloud account you select.
- Authentication is handled by the cloud provider.
- Tonygists does not store your cloud account password.

Tonygists Call Recorder may request the following permissions:
- Microphone
- Phone
- Notifications
- Foreground Service
- Internet
- Network Access
- Photos and Videos / Storage
- Wake Lock
These permissions are used solely to provide app functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Tonygists Call Recorder is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Delete your recordings
- Disconnect cloud backup
- Stop using the app at any time
Since recordings are primarily stored on your device or your own cloud account, you remain in control of your data.

Recordings remain stored until:
- You delete them.
- You uninstall the application.
- You remove them from your connected cloud storage.
